Position Overview:

TechCare seeks an experienced and passionate Senior React Native Developer to join our innovative team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a key member of our global team, you will collaborate closely with our colleagues in Edmonton, Canada, and play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge mobile applications that make a real impact. This full-time position is perfect for a developer with a strong background in React Native, a deep understanding of mobile development, and a commitment to delivering top-tier solutions.

YOUR MISSION...

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an
  excellent user experience.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Make compatible graphs or similar visuals that support both Android and iOS platforms. 
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.
• Need to keep pace with the ever-changing community and 3rd party tools for both the platform and comfortably needs to come out with alternative solutions if necessary. 

SUPERPOWERS YOU'LL NEED...

• 4+ years of professional experience with React Native
• Must have proficiency in English as you have to communicate with the TechCare Canadian team regularly.
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Proven experience of working with build tools like Fastlane or Bitrise. 
• Possess a good grasp of the App Store/ Play Store Guidelines and best practices for deploying apps on the App Store and Google Play.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
