Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Dhaka-based team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with our Canada-based team, contributing to our B2B lead generation efforts for the Canadian market. YOUR MISSION...

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan tailored to generate leads for the Canada sales team.
  • Create, manage, and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers in the B2B sector
  • Craft compelling and personalized messaging for cold emails and LinkedIn campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Schedule and coordinate B2B meetings for the Canadian market through targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian team to conduct market research, identify target audiences, and monitor market trends.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics, using insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage leads and streamline outreach.
     

 

SUPERPOWERS YOU'LL NEED...

  • Previous experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B cold email and LinkedIn outreach, ideally targeting the Canadian or North American market.
  • Strong English communication skills, with an emphasis on content writing and outreach messaging.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting B2B meetings and generating qualified leads.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to enhance marketing performance.
