✨ Your Mission

• Own TechCare’s marketing strategy to generate leads from Canada and the USA.
• Craft messaging that makes tech execs say: “Wow, why haven’t we hired these guys yet?”
• Run campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid ads, content, events — wherever our buyers hang out.
• Work hand-in-hand with the CEO & sales to align marketing & business goals.
• Analyze results, optimize campaigns, and brag about your CPL being lower than Dhaka’s traffic congestion rate.
• Build & lead a small but mighty marketing team or agency partners if needed.

🦸‍♀️ Superpowers You’ll Need

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the tech services/software industry.
• Proven success in generating qualified international leads (Canada/US markets experience is a big plus).
• Strategic thinking but hands-on — you can plan and execute.
• Expertise in LinkedIn campaigns, outbound lead generation, content marketing & paid ads.
• Excellent English communication & writing skills. Seriously, no typos.
• Data-driven mindset: KPIs are your love language.
• A sense of humor. Because life’s too short to write boring copy.
• Punctuality—because showing up on time is a basic superpower

Educational Requirement

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was—as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.

• Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Working Days: Weekly: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday off)
• Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home.
