• Be the go-to person for our tech superheroes, solving workplace challenges with empathy and a smile.
• Plan onboarding and team-building activities that don’t feel like “just another meeting.”
• Create harmony between employees and management (because peace is priceless).
• Help us find more tech talent by supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring candidates don’t leave interviews questioning their career choices.
• Maintain HR records and policies, while making the boring stuff… well, less boring.

SUPERPOWERS YOU'LL NEED...

• Empathy: A knack for reading the room (or Zoom) and connecting with people.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Turning “Houston, we have a problem” into “Houston, problem solved!”
• Communication: Stellar verbal and written skills. If you can explain memes to boomers, you’re golden.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: You don’t need to code, but you should know a coder’s idea of “fun” isn’t filling forms.
• A degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience? Fresh grads or up to 1 year. We’re looking for talent, not a LinkedIn trophy case!
