Position Overview:

TechCare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated People & Culture Lead to join our dynamic team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. At TechCare.co, we are transforming the way businesses operate by putting people and culture at the forefront of our success. We are looking for a skilled People & Culture Lead to lead our HR functions, with a primary focus on human resources management. This full-time position offers the chance to take on challenging and rewarding projects, all while contributing to the growth and success of our company.


YOUR MISSION...

  • Lead and manage core HR functions including payroll, performance management (PMS), employee relations, and compliance.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the hiring of top talent, in collaboration with department heads.
  • Lead the performance management process, ensuring alignment between business goals and individual performance.
  • Handle conflict management and provide HR support for workplace issues, ensuring fair and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, promote retention, and support career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.

 

SUPERPOWERS YOU'LL NEED...

  • 5+ years of experience in managing people & creating a positive culture within the company
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, with a strong emphasis on talent recruitment and acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll management, performance management systems, and HR technologies.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven to build relationships and manage conflict.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse HR team and support organizational development.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
