Business Development Executive
Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (Hybrid – collaborate with our Canada HQ)
Experience: 1-3 years in business development, growth, marketing, or sales roles (B2B or tech preferred)
Salary Range: 40,000–60,000 BDT
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Working Days: Weekly: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday off)
Working Model: Hybrid — 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
- Identify, engage, and convert B2B opportunities across international markets.
- Collaborate with marketing to turn campaigns into conversations and conversations into revenue.
- Build and execute growth strategies across the global B2B tech market from first click to long-term love.
- Write or shape content that supports sales: landing pages, outreach messages, case-study-style posts, and follow-ups.
- Analyze data like a detective, find what’s working, fix what’s not, and celebrate every win with coffee (or dua).
- Manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups with discipline because growth without tracking is just hope.
- Work closely with leadership to refine positioning, offers, and go-to-market strategy.
Superpowers You’ll Need
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, growth, marketing, or sales roles (B2B or tech preferred).
- A growth mindset ready to level up your career 10x in one year (no pressure).
- Storytelling that sells if you can turn a screenshot into a case study, we want you.
- English so good you could probably ghostwrite for our CEO (don’t actually try that).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, you make “no” sound like “tell me more.”
- Sharp communication, lightning execution, and zero ego punctuality and humility are your daily vitamins.
- Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, and AI-powered marketing assistants.
- Entrepreneurial energy you don’t wait for growth to happen; you build it.
- And yes, no ego-business or marketers allowed. We like confident people, not superheroes with attitude.
Educational Requirement
It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you’re smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.
