Senior Product Growth Manager (SaaS)

 

Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (Hybrid – collaborate with our Canada HQ)

Experience: 5-8 years (must have proven experience in the North American market)

Salary Range: 70,000–120,000 BDT

Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Working Days: Weekly: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday off)

Working Model: Hybrid — 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home

TechCare is on the hunt for a Senior Product Growth Manager (SaaS) to lead growth for our Canadian fintech SaaS — a personal finance platform that helps users track expenses, get AI insights, and discover tax-refund-worthy transactions (because saving money is the new earning money).

As a Senior Product Growth Manager (SaaS) at TechCare, you will take full ownership of growing the product, our SaaS product built for the Canadian market and beyond. This is not a “run campaigns and report numbers” role — it’s a build, experiment, learn, and scale role.

 

This role is ideal for someone who has already driven growth in a SaaS environment, understands fintech product dynamics, and is ready to step into a high-ownership position where outcomes matter more than activity.
 

Your Mission (If You’re Ready to Own Growth)

 

  • Own the end-to-end growth of the product as a SaaS product from positioning and acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Design and execute repeatable, scalable SaaS growth strategies for the Canadian market that drive real, measurable outcomes, not vanity metrics.
  • Build a strong, trusted product brand that users understand, believe in, and recommend.
  • Define and evolve monetization strategies that feel fair, transparent, and value-driven users should feel smarter, not trapped.
  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate distribution, credibility, and long-term growth.
  • Lead growth experiments with discipline clear hypotheses, fast execution, honest learnings, and tight feedback loops.
  • Turn customer insights into action  shape messaging, onboarding, lifecycle communication, and go-to-market direction.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership not as a “marketer,” but as a growth owner.
  • Ensure every growth decision aligns with Islamic ethical and halal business principles growth with integrity is non-negotiable.
     

You’ll Fit Right In If You…

 

  • Have 5+ years of proven growth or product marketing experience in international or North American SaaS / digital products (this role isn’t designed for market-first-only or Bangladesh-only experience).
  • Think like a founder, not a function you take ownership of outcomes, not just activities.
  • Bring strong commercial instincts with the ability to sell ideas, build partnerships, and influence decisions across teams.
  • See constraints (budget, time, resources) as strategic inputs, not blockers.
  • Communicate with clarity, think in systems, and execute with urgency and discipline.
  • Believe ethical, trust-based marketing compounds faster and more sustainably than short-term hacks.
     

Educational Requirement

 

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was  as long as you’re smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.
