We're looking for a Senior React Native Developer who doesn't just ship apps but crafts novel experiences users can't live without. You'll be working on our flagship financial application that integrates several internal and 3rd party tools. If you believe in clean code, pixel-perfect execution, performance optimization, and occasionally arguing over the best way to name a variable; you might just be one of us.

Your Mission (If You Dare to Accept)

- Build slick, scalable financial mobile applications using React Native with supreme optimization

- Integrate seamlessly with Banking APIs for real-time banking data synchronization

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring amazing financial visualizations to life

- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code (no "temporary fixes" that live forever)

- Optimize app performance for buttery-smooth experiences, because stream data waits for no one

- Implement robust security measures for sensitive financial information

- Build real-time data processing pipelines for transaction categorization

- Sometimes wear a React.js hat when needed (bonus points if you love web too)

- Mentor junior developers and lead technical architecture decisions

- Collaborate with the design and product team to identify early blockers and then come up with innovative solutions, promptly.

- Stay curious, stay updated. 

Superpowers You'll Need

- 5+ years of solid experience in React Native mobile development

- Prior React.js experience will earn you instant bonus points (and our admiration)

- Experience with financial APIs is highly preferred

- Strong understanding of financial data security standards and compliance requirements

- Good English communication skills, you'll work closely with our Canada team

- Expert-level understanding of app architecture, state management (Redux/MobX/Zustand), and component-based development

- Performance optimization ninja , you know how to make apps fly even with heavy financial data

- Experience with real-time data processing and offline-first architectures

- Understanding of ML model integration in mobile environments

- Passion for building pixel-perfect, high-performance financial applications

- Problem-solving mindset, you fix issues without blaming Mercury retrograde

- Team leadership qualities with which you can guide junior developers and make architectural decisions

- Punctuality because showing up on time is a basic superpower we often forget
 

Bonus Points For

- Experience with TypeScript and modern React patterns

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.)

- Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3, etc.)

- Understanding of machine learning model deployment in mobile apps

- Previous work on fintech or banking applications
