Position Overview:

TechCare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior UX UI Designer(Part-Time) to join our dynamic team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our Canada-based team, driving innovation and excellence in groundbreaking products.

YOUR MISSION...

• Come up with original ideas that simplify complex design challenges, making them user-friendly.
• Plan, brainstorm, and gather feedback on every page of your design. Take ownership of the entire design process.
• Stay updated on new trends, research, and ideas in web design, and continuously improve your work.
• Adapt your design styles, layouts, and moods to suit different user groups and markets.
• Manage all visual design stages, from the initial concept to the final delivery to the development team.
• Work with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical limitations.
• Research and promote the best practices in product design.

Superpower You’ll Need...

• Over 3 years of design experience is required.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects is expected.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including auto layout, variants, and components, are required.
• Experience with user research and the ability to translate insights into design solutions are valued.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members are necessary.
• Flexibility, decisiveness, and a customer-focused approach are important.
• The ability to lead large and complex projects is needed.
• The skills to define problems and prioritize tasks are required.
