We're looking for a Frontend Developer (ReactJs) who doesn't just ship apps but crafts novel experiences users can't live without. You'll be working on our flagship financial application that integrates several internal and 3rd party tools. If you believe in clean code, pixel-perfect execution, performance optimization, and occasionally arguing over the best way to name a variable; you might just be one of us.

Your Mission (If You Dare to Accept)

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers to bring UI/UX concepts to life.
• Optimize application performance to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a consistent user experience.
• Manage state using Redux, MobX, or other modern solutions.
• Write maintainable, scalable, and well-structured code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.

Superpowers You’ll Need

• 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in React.js development (strong proficiency in building scalable front-end applications).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with our Canada-based team.
• Experience with React Native is a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
• Self-motivated and eager to continuously learn, improve, and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills,  we grow together.
• Punctual and reliable,  we value respect for time and commitment.
• No-ego coding mindset , the best ideas win, not the loudest voices.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in HealthTech or FinTech projects will be considered a strong advantage.
