The Role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to take charge of the ThriveAI app the personal finance sidekick for Canadians who hate spreadsheets but love smart insights.
You’re not just a manager you’re the glue that holds the product vision, dev team, and design magic together. You’ll be the reason features are shipped on time, feedback loops are tight, and every pixel has a purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing (aka owning like a boss):
- Hold the vision of the product, even when everyone’s lost in Jira tickets.
- Work with the CEO to translate ideas into reality fast and smart.
- Lead devs, designers, and marketers without needing to write code (but knowing when something will break).
- Create product roadmaps, PRDs, wireframes, and “Why TF are we building this?” decks.
- Dig deep into data, analyze usage, and turn it into clear decisions.
- Own the entire feature lifecycle: research → build → test → ship → iterate.
- Be the voice of the user without being annoying about it.
- Juggle priorities like a Dhaka traffic police officer during rush hour but with sharp business logic.
Who You Are:
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or QA roles.
- You don’t just follow instructions you ask “why”, three times in a row.
- Strong understanding of software development but no need to code.
- You love documentation (not like, romantically but maybe close).
- You’re data-obsessed, results-driven, and allergic to fluff.
- Comfortable working with fast-moving tech teams (and keeping them on track).
- A naturally strong communicator, leader, and people organizer.
- A true people person you can rally others, make things happen, and get a team to execute under pressure.
- Willing to work hard yourself and make others deliver as well you lead by example.
- Have experience organizing things in university clubs/events or in prior roles — you know what it takes to align people and get things done.
